The room size is moderate, the breakfast is good, and overall it is a very ordinary hotel. The only bright spot is that there is a hypermarket nearby, which is convenient for eating and shopping

We stayed here for just one night after having landed in Bilbao Airport. A convenient hotel at budget price. The hotel parking was already full so we had to park in the neighborhood . The room was clean and Ok. Breakfast next morning was better than expected.

Second time staying here - ready for the ferry back to UK. Basic accommodation but clean - no tea/coffee making facilities so good job I had the travel kettle with me for the morning cup of tea. Free parking and fuel station next door to fill up the tank before the final leg of journey! Staff friendly / bar area ok and light meals / snacks offered. There is a shopping mall within walking distance and also a games centre that has food outlets if you don’t fancy the hotel menu. Good location for the ferry - 5 to 10 mins in the car straight down the motorway (when you work out how to get on it !! - bit confusing).

We have stayed here a few times on way back to Wales and every time we found great service. Hotel always smells nice and is clean. It is a cheap hotel which punches above its weight for value. 1 criticism is that the food os terrible. Guy told us that all food is microwaved. Not a big deal as there a food court 3 mins away amd plenty of restaurants around. Great location to explore surrounding area.

No smiles, 99 euros for a tiny bed and ZERO amenities. There was no coffee maker, no ice, no glass to put ice in IF there were ice, no fridge, no microwave, tiny room. This was more like a high end hostal and should have cost half of what we paid. No “thanks for staying with us”. Very disappointing.

Entrei com o pé esquerdo, pois foi difícil entender-me com o funcionário da recepção, mas depois, lá veio um senhor já com idade e com mais discernimento e tudo se resolveu. Está bem colocado para quem tem transporte próprio e assim chegar a todos os pontos desta zona que tanto tem para ver e apreciar. Bem equipado e com bom serviço. Recomendo.

La habitación muy limpia, la cama súper cómoda, el personal del hotel y restaurante encantadores. El pero está en la calidad de la comida del restaurante. Probé la pechuga de pollo con arroz, y sinceramente he probado comidas de hospital mejores. El pollo era como si hubiese salido de una bolsa y el arroz de un cacito de plástico de esos de brillante. Horrible, por 12€y algo. Además la carta es muy corta y básica. Me arrepentí de no haber pedido una pizza que al menos son difíciles de que salgan mal. El desayuno estuvo bien pero se echa de menos pan pan ( sólo había unas mini barritas de pan). Lo que no tiene pegas es el personal.

Hotel correcto y a destacar la gran amabilidad y simpatía del personal! La cama muy cómoda y mejorables las almohadas. Sin ruido en la habitación pese a estar al lado de una autovía. Aparcamiento con pocas plazas y sin vigilancia.

Acceso rápido hacia las autovías, fácil aparcamiento dentro del hotel. Desayuno abundante y variado, igual que otros Ibis. Atención del personal muy buena. Habitación buena, no se oía ruido, todo muy bien.
