The hotel is located a little away from the main city, but the transportation service is exceptional. Whatever you need, just call the reception and it’s arranged within seconds. The view from the room and balcony is absolutely value for money—and if you’re lucky, you can even enjoy the view from the bathroom

We stayed at this hotel for two days; not once was the room cleaned or the towels changed. It was such an expensive hotel, yet the service was absolutely third-rate.

The hotel was very dirty and the service was terrible; the beds were very hard. We stayed for two days, but the room was never cleaned, nor were the towels changed even once.

The water coming from the tap was very dirty, and there was no electricity most of the time. The service throughout the hotel was terrible; this hotel is absolutely not fit for a stay.

A terrible hotel with awful service; there isn't a single staff member in the entire hotel until 7:45 AM. The room has a tea kettle, but there are no milk sachets, tea, or sugar. The staff is very rude, yet they charge 3-star rates—we really got stuck by booking here.

There was such a strong stench in Room 105; despite complaining multiple times, they would just use room freshener and leave. It is a terrible hotel with very poor service.

It's a wonderful hotel. Rooms was absolutely gorgeous, no complaint about the rooms. It was very cosy , clean, beautiful, and lovely balcony space. The staff members were very polite and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the majestic Himalayas. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The staff are incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel was excellent and all the environment was too good. We were 11 members in this tour and all the members are happy only because of the stay in this hotel. Washrooms were to hygenic and were very clean and all the rooms, food, room service were absolutely fine. I will post 10 stars instead of 5
