Crown Towers Sydney

The hotel room facilities are great, and the view is excellent. The hotel's pool is particularly beautiful, though I didn't get to experience it due to the weather. The transportation is very convenient. After comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one, and the facilities are still quite new.

Hands down the best hotel in Sydney. It's truly a top-tier hotel, comparable to the J Hotel in Shanghai or the Park Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur, as it occupies Sydney's tallest building. The room amenities are fully automated; you just need to tap the tablet for anything you need. Plus, all rooms come with smart toilets, which is a rare find in Sydney hotels. The concierge service is also excellent. The only downside is that the breakfast is truly awful.

1 The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access. 2 The front desk service was quite good, and the views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from the room were absolutely stunning. However, the in-room facilities, considering the price, are only average.

The views are superb, and the room's design and cleanliness are excellent. It's also very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

They gave me a room on the 23rd floor, which was still a bit lower than I'd hoped. The front desk on the 1st floor was crowded and noisy. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory. The service was pretty standard, nothing particularly memorable.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Exceptionally warm and welcoming. The buffet restaurant managed to find us a table even though we didn't have a reservation on the night we arrived, which made the kids very happy. It's very close to the aquarium, and the whale watching pier is also nearby. It was a really great stay, and the kids felt the staff's enthusiasm, even trying to speak English, which was an unexpected bonus!

The hotel boasts a luxurious and grand decor, a modern style rarely seen in Australia. The room size is very generous and comes with excellent amenities. The only minor downside is that the view from the window is relatively ordinary.
