Receptionist, bell boy, restaurant waitress all good and work with efficiency, especially Elfa who served ala carte breakfast in the morning restaurant, only Elfa to serve almost 7 tables but she still keep her smiling face serve with patience although it's a busy morning for her. Coffee serve by the restaurant very nice.
Room cleanliness can be better, found hair clip and needle on toilet floor, drainage flow from the shower area also can be upgraded, water flow to outside shower area due to no close up shower area.
Overall it's a good stay for travellers hang to Escape Park, it's less than 5 mins drive to Escape.

This is third time I stayed in this hotel and the services never disappointed me. The food as usual are delicious.

Need to improve how to get the faster check in and the staff during check in time are not friendly and never smile . But the rest are very helpful and friendly.. at the night time one's of the staff give my child a lollipop 🫰🏻
