Very disapointing experience despise a nice area. - Booking system on their website not efficient. Confirmation sent to spam folder and money is taken from bank account at last minute so no way to confirm in advance the booking. Owner enquired the day off! She was not willing to accomodate or make a commercial gesture to account for the resulting double booking. -owner does not speak english and not particularly welcoming - breakfast is super minimalist, industrial products -room old fashioned and not particularly comfortable -tiny old bathroom No effort was made to understand the situation unfortunately therefore i would not recommend.

A perfect getaway... Recomended by Paolo, our tour agent, this place was just what I needed. A quiet countryside retreat with breathtaking views. Our hostess was great, as were the rooms. We used this spot as a jump point to our cooking class and tour Modena & Florence, before heading to Lucca and Piza.

Nous sommes arrivés un samedi après midi fatigués après une longue route. Nous apprenons sur place que le restaurant est fermé le we alors que nous avions réservé le dîner par courriel ! (Restė sans réponse) Malheureusement ce n’est pas comme sur les photos, l’eau de la piscine est noire et recouverte en partie par une vielle bâche, absence de chaises longues, de coussins sur les fauteuils sales, les chaises sont trop poussiéreuses pour s’y installer…. La chambre est agréable mais le petit déjeuner est tout juste correct. Ne vous fiez pas aux belles photos sur le site….Nous n’y reviendrons pas

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura una notte. Ci siamo sentiti letteralmente RIGENERATI. Proprietaria gentile ed accogliente. La piscina immersa nel verde stupenda. Camera davvero molto spaziosa e comoda dotata sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatore a soffitto veramente comodo e silenzioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente !

Abbiamo trovato ciò che cercavamo! Tranquillità, buona cucina, cordialità e accoglienza, bella location esterna e interna. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta la Toscana. Ci è dispiaciuto non conoscere Jacopo al quale auguriamo ogni bene e diciamo “una recensione negativa non fa primavera”. Io e mia moglie insieme con la nostra cagnolina speriamo di ritornare. Pessima esperienza già in fase di prenotazione. Per telefono ti dicono una tariffa, mentre sul loro sito ne compare un'altra, più bassa ovviamente. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene risposto "non abbiamo avuto tempo di aggiornare il sito", dove tra l'altro è attiva anche una promozione valida fino al 12 maggio 2024, quindi mi sembra poco plausibile. Per telefono la signora Silvia non aveva tempo di verificare la disponibilità delle camere richieste per settimana prossima (quindi abbastanza urgente) e mi chiede di mandare un'email a cui avrebbe risposto al suo rientro in struttura. Dopo 1 giorno e mezzo, non avendo ricevuto risposta, ho dovuto richiamare, per sentirmi dire "ah, le stavo proprio per rispondere...". No comment. Per telefono avevo anche chiesto informazioni su un'eventuale cena in hotel: anche qui, sul loro sito c'è a scritto che sarebbe stato possibile prenotare la mattina per la sera stessa, mentre per telefono mi è stato detto" assolutamente no". Lavoro anche io in hotel e bisogna rispondere ai clienti entro 24h, anche solo per informare della non disponibilità. Professionalità, ospitalità e credibilità: zero. Già solo con queste premesse, oltre a tutto il tempo che mi hanno fatto perdere, lo sconsiglio a tutti.

Luogo incantevole, proprietari attenti, presenti ma discreti. Colazione e cena a dir poco strepitose. Attenti anche alle esigenze dei bambini! Camera super ordinate pulite. Solo i bagni decisamente piccoli piccoli e senza bidet, almeno, nelle due camere xhe avevamo noi Attenzione alla strada, con una grande punto in molti punti si toccava sotto! Dovremo tornare per sperimentare la piscina!!!
