口コミが少ないので不安でしたが
全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。
私は1人でバルセロナへ旅行で行ったのですが
スペイン語も英語も話せないなか、アプリを使ったりカタコトの英語などで会話して受付が出来ました。
シャワーとトイレは2つあります。
キッチンも清潔に保たれており、自分で使った後は片付けをする流れです。
掃除は毎日ではありません。有料です。
タオルも変えてもらえないので気になる方は
ご自分のタオルを持っていかれ手洗いをして交互に使うと良いかもです。
目の前にコインランドリーもあります。
アパート下にスーパーがあるので困ることはありませんでした。

Это большая квартира, разделённая на комнаты. У меня была маленькая одноместная комната, ванная и туалет - соседняя дверь. Всё чисто, удобно, есть рабочее место, 2 санузла, с утра, конечно, всё занято:) не работал лифт , пришлось переть вещи на 5 этаж по лестнице. Расположение отличное. При заселении нужно оплатить 100 евро депозит по ссылке, которую пришлют.
