The worst thing about this apartment is that you have to travel about 20 mins to collect the keys. Our flight arrived at 10am so I contacted the company to ask if I could collect the keys on the way from the airport. I also said I would be happy to not enter the property before3pm. They told me they’d see what they could do but never got back to me. I stopped on the way back from the airport and the rudely told me no, it’s company policy to wait until the rooms are ready. This meant a further taxi there and back later on. When we arrived at 4pm, the room was not ready! Absolute joke. Wasn’t overly comfortable. No teabags or any other niceties. Large balconies on either side of the apartment but no chairs or tables so nowhere to sit outside. The shower looked nice but was like standing in drizzly rain and the temperature gauge did not work. I was charged a €200 deposit. We were told that the return of this would depend on how clean we left the apartment. We always make sure we leave hotels etc. respectfully but felt that the deposit should be for breakages rather than taking out the rubbish and sweeping floors. I definitely would not stay here again.

I must say that the apartment itself is very good, but ...... The toilet was missing the lid, it has a washing machine but no clothesline which is of no use to you. We stayed three days. On repeated occasions we called the reception and they told us a series of stories that they did not believe. Another big drawback is that the apartments have no reception and you have to pick up the keys almost 3 kilometers away. And to conclude, say that the same thing happens if you have a late flight. He walks another three kilometers to drop off his bags. I will not recommend it.

Posizione, prezzo e appartamenti molto gradevoli. Scomodo il dover recarsi dall’altra parte della città per prelevare le chiavi, nonostante la gentilezza del personale che per venirci incontro ha accettato di tenerci i bagagli mentre aspettavamo che si liberassero gli appartamenti. Ho lasciato la stanza il 9 agosto 2024 e sto ancora aspettando che venga restituita la cauzione a me ed a tutto il mio gruppo vacanza (che spero vivamente venga restituita a seguito di questa recensione). Purtroppo si segnala la presenza di una lavastoviglie, ma vengono messe a disposizione due pastiglie contate per utilizzarla, stessa cosa per la lavatrice che invece prevede la totale assenza di detersivo e quindi la sua inabilità. Per il resto sottolineo che posizione e sistemi di collegamento sono stati ottimi facendo risultare gli spostamenti comodi e il personale della catena di appartamenti molto cordiale e disponibile, nonostante stiamo ancora aspettando con ansia la restituzione della cauzione data ad inizio vacanza.

El peor sitio donde me he alejado y con una gran diferencia con el resto. Tienes que ir a por la llaves a otro lugar, te retienen 200 euros (porque les da la gana) y tienes que bajar la basura (que si no te cobran). Al llegar al apartamento, contamos más de una veintena de desperfectos: mobiliario roto, mal olor, rendijas de ventilación rotas -y "arregladas con papel higiénico"-, una cama se partió, las manchas del sofá mejor no pensar de que eran, quemaduras de tabaco en el sofá -aunque no se puede fumar en el apartamento-, ruido de los vecinos -jóvenes que vienen a emborracharse-, etc... Pusimos una reclamación y no hemos vuelto a tener noticias de ellos. UNA ESTAFA.

En general está bien, pero tiene inconvenientes. El menaje es deficiente, fuimos 6 y faltaban copas y vasos. Es muy incómodo trasladarse para recoger las llaves y hacer el check in unos 3 kilómetros. Y sobre todo pagar 50 euros si no tiras la basura, es incomprensible. Solicitamos menaje a recepción y jamás nos atendieron.
