You dare I promise that you won't have a room today. Try it. I will cancel your booking now. Anyone with a little common sense knows that she is a front desk. Our money has been paid to Ctrip. She has no right to threaten guests... Children, we endured until about 2 o'clock when another person checked in. The children were obviously frightened by the front desk. I was tired after waiting until 2 o'clock. On the first day I arrived in Barcelona, I encountered this kind of thing. The children were lying on the bed for two days. Ctrip has been actively coordinating the hotel from the beginning to the end to not answer the phone or deal with this matter. I give a thumbs up to Ctrip. Although I haven’t returned home for more than three years abroad, I have always trusted Ctrip. Let’s talk about other hotel facilities that are seriously aging and domestic. Two stars almost the whole room has a peculiar smell. During the epidemic, no one has this level of cleaning. Auntie doesn't have a mask, so just don't expect any cleaning services. And the hotel's security is also a problem. Anyone can enter and leave a lot of thieves. I asked you to sign a Spanish agreement and didn't tell you what it was. Later, we signed it and went upstairs and translated it ourselves. Only then did we know that the agreement was that any items were stolen in the room. This kind of safety concern living in the Majestic Hotel is really a heaven ceiling and a hell. If you come to Barcelona, it is really recommended not to come to this hotel and make trouble for yourself
