The hotel's location is excellent, with many places within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!

The cleanliness was basic, not top-notch, but acceptable. The service staff were kind and helpful. The location is excellent; the Palau de la Música Catalana is just a 3-minute walk away. It's also close to Catalunya station, making it a great base for exploring. The breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to several attractions. If you get a street-facing room, you'll have an amazing view of the street! The air conditioning at the front desk was strong and very refreshing. They also provide free iced water and snacks.

The location is excellent. The room, though simple, met most of our needs. The air conditioning was strong, and breakfast was a nice touch. The front desk staff were warm and professional, which left a great impression. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room layout was very strange, like a long, narrow strip with the bathroom awkwardly placed in the middle. The soundproofing was terrible; we could feel our room vibrate every time someone closed a door nearby. It definitely didn't feel like a four-star hotel. The double bed was also quite small; at 175cm, I'd practically hang off it. Plus, the bed kept moving forward away from the headboard.

The location is good, but the hotel itself is very old and dated. You're really paying for the location, as it's right in the heart of the old town. However, the stay wasn't very comfortable. The bedding and sheets were just so-so, and the air circulation was poor, making the upper floors feel quite stuffy. I wouldn't recommend it. It's convenient that there's a Carrefour nearby, but the rooms are small. Even though there's a private bathroom, I'm surprised this is a four-star hotel; it feels a bit overpriced.

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit dated. The shower, which was converted from a bathtub, only had a half-glass screen, so water easily splashed everywhere. The hotel's breakfast was very good, with a rich variety of options and excellent service. There was also complimentary lemonade available in the hotel lobby. The location is fantastic, very close to Barcelona Cathedral and Palau de la Música Catalana. The Gothic Quarter's various alleys are also great for exploring, with an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops.
