The location was fantastic, very close to markets and shopping! We even walked to Casa Batlló. The hotel reception staff were also very kind! Our room was on the 5th floor, and the elevator only went up to the 4th. A male staff member helped us with our suitcases when we couldn't carry them up, which was a huge help 😭. It was truly a wonderful hotel with incredibly kind staff and clean, beautiful interiors!

Had to cancel this due to Airspace closure in the Emirates. Hotel did not refund at all, zero flexibility.

They have a salon where you can heat up food, and the shared bathrooms were very clean. The location is super convenient, right in front of Plaça de Catalunya, which was perfect for us as we had an early morning flight and needed to catch the airport bus there.
