Great stay and amazing amenities, and well connected, lovely view of the plaza. 5/5 overall.

Great location with convenient access. The room was big enough for two people. And the toilet was well designed. The only thing which made me unsatisfied was the price. It was a bit too expensive.

For tourists, the location is very good, very convenient for travel, shopping and dining. Old house, very small elevator, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently. When booking, I requested a twin room, but the actual two single beds placed side by side were not ideal. The hotel said there were no twin rooms with separate beds.

The hotel is in a good location if you want to go to the airport the next day but don't want to go far from the center. It's clean and there are always a lot of people in the hotel bar having a drink, even so, you can't hear anything from the room.

There are bugs with many legs in the bathroom. 5. Rotten water accumulates in electric pot, lid does not open easily 6. No floor cleaning 7. The housekeeper barges in without knocking. 8. Many Chinese guests 9. The bed creaks and you can hear all the noise from the next room. * I requested improvement for all of these, but it was not resolved. The only advantage: close to the subway station and airport bus stop.

I'll stay here again next time. The location is great. It's convenient for shopping and eating in the arena next to it. Aerobus directly to the airport at the door You can also take subway and taxi to various places. It’s not too far from Plaza Catalunya and the seaside.

The customer is rubbish, I will do it half way first and help Gui Lao handle it.. It is very disrespectful to the Chinese. The rubbish hotel discriminates against the Chinese.

The transportation is very convenient, just above the junction of all the major subways, green No. 3 and red No. 1. Below the Catalan Palace. The room is spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped. The breakfast is very tasty.

The location is excellent. But the room is too basic and not worthy of 4 stars. There is only one electric plug in the whole room, and the computer cannot be plugged in while charging the mobile phone. In addition, it is right above the subway. You can hear the sound of the subway coming and going at night, and you can also feel the vibrations. There was no quilt, just two layers of sheets. Fortunately, I found a blanket in the cupboard and added it to keep me from getting cold. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The service is okay, but not particularly good.

I stayed for two days and they forgot to make my room on the second day, which for a hotel with this cost is not acceptable. Furthermore, there were many stains on the bathroom sink the first day.

The hotel is well placed, when you arrive the reception is pretty. On the other hand, the rooms are very dirty, damaged, the room service is not friendly. Attendance at the hotel is not made for spending a quiet moment. The pool you have to go very early to get a deckchair.
