It is a hotel in a good location within a few minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, and the reception, bar, pool, and rooms were all cleaned perfectly and it was a very beautiful hotel. I booked a double room, but the room was comfortable with two semi-double beds and plenty of space to relax. This hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Barcelona.

Hotel was in a great location, staff very friendly, we all had refurbished rooms on the 2nd floor,lovely spacious and very clean,thanks to the maids for towel change,beds made etc Breakfast was plentiful, good start to the day. Rooftop pool a bonus in the sunny days we had. Excellent value for money.

Great hotel in a very good location. Reception staff were friendly. The pool and pool bar staff were perfection! Rooms are a touch out of date and could do with a little upgrade, although our shower was amazing, our friends wasn't great. Though I would stay here again.

They lack knowledge in customer service, displaying extreme rudeness. During my mother's check-in, they provided a terrible attitude when she requested to change her room.It consider discrimination ,Even after paying for an upgrade, they declined to assist her, to move her luggage to the new room , despite her being an elderly lady. When I attempted to contact the front desk to address the situation they repeatedly hung up on me. After U tried to reach them thru my mother phone The reservations manager also spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. It's concerning how they handle tourists seeking enjoyment. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. They are racist

Currently in the hotel and quite disappointed from the reception for not being supportive and reject totally out wishes claiming of being fully booked, while seeing other guest being moved to other rooms as wished. Emilio from the reception didn’t fulfill any of my wishes neither high floor room nor room with balcony despite being there at 11:30 am and for sure not all the rooms checked in !!! Expected even better handling not simply saying no !!!

We expected more from this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. But the rooms aren’t great. It was like a rabbit warren trying to find our room bathroom needs ripped out doesn’t look clean and drains always smell in the room.

Stayed in this hotel while in Barcelona for a match with my son. The location is fantastic. Very close to 2 Metro stations and only about 200m from Las Ramblas. The staff are very friendly and they managed to get us in to our room early when we were checking in. The breakfast was also gorgeous with plenty good fresh food available. The room was plenty big and spotless and had a magnificent shower and also a balcony overlooking the street. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Easy to get to and you can’t beat the nearby shopping. So close to Las Ramblas too. Beds are comfy, shower was wonderful, but a bit more sound proofing would be welcome. Breakfast buffet average. I would stay here again if returning to Barcelona.
