Gran Hotel Havana 4*Sup by Escampa Hotels

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Passeig de Gràcia and the Sagrada Família, situated right between two metro stations. There are plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby, and with a taxi stand right at the entrance, getting around by cab is extremely easy.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The front desk staff were quite nice. The room I got was... well, either on the first floor or in a corner. But I guess they were fully booked. Breakfast was decent too. Given that the Pope was visiting, the price was a bit high. The facilities are standard for a 3-star hotel. The downside is that they don't provide bottled water in the room. The upside is the bathroom is quite spacious, and the location is convenient with a bus stop just a short walk away.

Quite good, overall exceeding expectations. The room was clean, and the service was just right. It's not too far from Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, and Arc de Triomf. There's a water dispenser on each floor for free use, which is a great touch! The only downside is that it can indeed get a bit noisy at night facing the street, mainly from cars. I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

Terrible soundproofing. The rooms are separated by only thin partitions, and you can even hear the neighboring guests zipping and unzipping their luggage. Light sleepers should definitely avoid this place. The only decent thing about the hotel is its location. No bottled water is provided in the rooms, but there is a water dispenser on every floor.

Water leaked all night and nobody cared. The sewer smell was terrible, the towels were black, and the overall experience was extremely poor.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. The room was very spacious—the largest one we stayed in during this trip—and even featured a small private balcony. The only minor drawback was the poor soundproofing in the bathroom, but it was still acceptable.

The location is excellent, and for National Day, this price offers great value for money. We were given a room on the 6th floor with a balcony, offering views of Mount Tibidabo. It's also very close to Casa Batlló.
