The service was really... incredibly slow. Everything else was fine. The location is good.

The hotel is newly opened, so all the facilities are brand new. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, making me feel very comfortable about the hygiene. The breakfast was quite good overall, with a wide variety of options and decent flavors – definitely enough to fill you up and start your day right. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which is a nice touch, though it's a bit small for serious swimming. However, it's perfect for relaxing by the edge, enjoying the breeze, taking in the city views, and getting some good photos. My only minor complaint is that the windows in the room don't open, so ventilation relies solely on the air conditioning. Staying in the room for extended periods felt a little stuffy. The location is convenient for getting around, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay. For a short trip to Barcelona, it offers reasonable value for money. However, if opening windows or a large pool for swimming are high priorities for you, you might want to consider other options.

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's a 5-minute walk to Casa Batlló and close to Passeig de Gràcia. You can even walk to Sagrada Família in about 20 minutes. Downstairs there's a really affordable express supermarket, and lots of great restaurants nearby! The Lato breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of tapas options too. The service was excellent. The pool is small but cute. We were lucky enough to be there when Spain won the World Cup, and the hotel felt very safe.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Even though the room faced the street, there was no noise. Overall, a good stay.

This hotel boasts an excellent central location, just a five-minute walk from Gran Vía and fifteen minutes from the Sagrada Familia. However, for a five-star hotel, the facilities are more on par with a four-star establishment. The room was small, and the wooden structure meant we couldn't open the window, which led to a damp, musty smell. The gym also requires leaving the hotel and walking another 50 meters. Overall, the value for money isn't great.

I can't believe this is a 5-star hotel opening in 2025. The moment I opened the room door, I almost collapsed. The room was dim, with a strange, angular layout, two pillars, and a broken-edged extra bed. The worst part? The bathroom had no door! Does the hotel assume people sharing a room need no privacy? Absolutely speechless! Besides the excellent location, it seems to have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. This is my first-ever bad review.
