Great service with variety of breakfast options. Its location is near bus stops. But, the wall is not that thick so I can hear sounds from next doors.

The hotel is very close to Central train station, like 3 minutes walk, which is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station. It is very convenient to go to other places by train and within walking distance to other attractions. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is very rich and diverse. The service staff is very enthusiastic about arranging day trips. There are many buses on the road next door for traveling to nearby towns.

I booked a room for three nights, but due to the train union strike in northern Italy, I was stuck in the middle of the road and couldn't get to Bari in the south that night. After 2pm, I quickly notified the platform to coordinate the cancellation of the first night's room, uploaded three evidences at the same time, and temporarily booked a hotel in Rome for the night. When I arrived at the hotel the next day, the front desk staff and the manager in charge spent more than ten minutes asking questions. They were concerned about why they didn't inform them in advance that they wouldn't be able to come the night before and could handle the refund. They were a chain hotel, so it was no problem and very warm. . As soon as I left the hotel, the platform informed the hotel that I had misunderstood their words and could not refund my money. I'm speechless for doing this kind of thing without a bottom line. There are too many people at breakfast, dishes such as scrambled eggs, fruits, etc. that have been picked up will not be served again, and they will be empty when available. All guests are very unhappy! No wonder the ratings plummeted. Stayed here once before. Service is down.
