We stay at this hotel and recommend it with excellent experience. The place is designed with a unique style and all the facilities are well kept. The service is ex everywhere. The spa treatments were marvellous and above all the chef restaurant is one of a kind. Naomi Kippers the menger is a woman that you all want to know.The walliu she gives to the place and the food is more than we expect. Choose the place to enjoy your time.

Nice waterfront property with a Great Lake view, restaurant and bar, the room is basic and dated, only 1 plug by the desk that can be used for international travelers. Friendly staff and service.

Enjoyed 3 nights here with a wonderful view of the lake from our room , from breakfast , from the pool and from the sun lounges on the grass in front of our room . And only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town . Our flight out wasnt till late afternoon and there was a good shower area by the pool we could use before heading to the airport. Reception staff were ok , nothing special but would definitely stay here again just for the lake view .

The hotel is in serious need of updating - the mirror in the bathroom is cracked, the furniture is tatty and it’s all just a bit sad. But that isn’t the main issue. The hotel is trying so hard to be “classy” with live jazz that is too loud and not that interesting, yet fails with the most basic service. The staff border on surly. I couldn’t get a smile from anyone. Because I have an early departure, I asked if I could get some fruit or some pastry or any kind of breakfast in the morning (breakfast was included in my rate), and I got a flat ‘NO”. Apparently you need to ask at least 72 hours in advance which would have meant asking before I checked in! No apologies or let me see what I can do - just a flat NO. Because I was exhausted, I had dinner in the restaurant. One course (fish with no extras) plus a glass of wine cost over $50. They charged me $5 for the filtered tap water. I was also charged $4.50 for a bottle of water in the room. The pool area and outdoor deck overlooking the lake is lovely, but the overall experience was really disappointing.

Terrible. Falling apart. Loud music from next door till 3.30 am each night. Drain in bathroom stinks. Breakfast food stale and inedible. Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs. There is better and probably cheaper too. Hotel needs to be closed and renovated.

A short stay in Bariloche
Staff were friendly but they wanted to charge extra for anything and everything. The rooms need some renovation. That said it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there and the area

Beautiful on the lake. Awesome swimming pool. Close enough to the center of town that we could walk, maybe three blocks. We felt safe at all times. Our room was cleaned and left spotless everyday. We loved our stay in Bariloche.

We stayed here two different times. The first time in a superior room with lake view, the second in a more economy room. If you can, upgrade to the superior room. For a relatively small difference, ~$45 in our case, the superior room was, well-superior. An amazing view of the lake , very spacious, and a jet tub. The other room felt very cramped and of course no gorgeous view. Both times the service was very gracious and the breakfast was excellent. I also highly recommend a sunset drink at the bar. They make a nice pisco sour.
