This is a fairly standard all inclusive. Staff was friendly and helpful and property was nice. Food was good as well. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Rooms need renovation at this point. I would still recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable priced all inclusive.

hotel is good for families. But not so clean bathroom in the junior suits front pool view. I booked junior suits instead we of sofa bed , the room have double bed.

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Even though there weren't as many people there as usual, the staff, especially at reception, was rude, and the WhatsApp line was even worse.
With little to no sensitivity or empathy, they were curt and blunt. I only have to say one thing about Julio (whose name I specifically read), as he was the ONLY one who was kind and willing to help in any way he could.
Finally, I've always liked the shows they put on at night, and we left this one before it was over because it was truly bad, and the "comedy" parts were not funny or entertaining at all.
Two of the pools we went to were dirty, forcing us to change rooms... In short, I left very disappointed and with no desire to return, especially since the price we paid was quite high compared to many other similar hotels, so the least one expects is excellent service and quality.

Excellent family hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly. All the entertainment service they have is incredible (games, parties, night shows, etc.).
