I visited this establishment with high expectations due to its reputation, but my experience was quite disappointing. The manager, in particular, displayed behavior that I find unacceptable in any commercial setting. From the beginning, she seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and was rather curt in her responses, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Its really hard to get to the beach, the lodge is far from the beach and the transfer is only once daily. We had a manager that was very engaged on making our stay the worse posible. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and I believe that a bit more empathy and courtesy would make a significant difference. I hope management consider investing in training to improve their approach to customers, as I currently feel unmotivated to return to the establishment or recommend it to others. To be fair, the only welcoming staff were Jardel and Francisco they were really heartwarming and simpathetic. Anyhow, the instalation might seem fair in the pictures but is only in the pictures. The sheets were Not clean enough, the room had a terrible smell, the air conditioning didnt work and we had to spend the entire stay on a “sauna”. Anyway, never stay on Velho Bateau if you consider your well being important.

Minha experiência nesta pousada foi decepcionante. A gerente tem uma comunicação ruim, tornando o ambiente hostil. Tive problemas com o ar-condicionado todos os dias e, apesar de prometer resolver, ela só apareceu uma vez. Não houve check-in nem check-out, e ainda cobravam taxa de serviço por produtos que eu mesma buscava no balcão. Nunca fui recebida de forma tão desorganizada em outras hospedagens.

Durante minha estadia, muitos pontos deixaram a desejar, a começar pelos péssimos horários de café da manhã e as restrições até das músicas que poderíamos escutar. Infelizmente, o atendimento da gerente não foi tão acolhedor quanto eu esperava, o que impactou minha experiência. Acredito que um atendimento mais cordial e prestativo faria toda a diferença. Espero que levem esse feedback como uma oportunidade de melhorar e proporcionar uma estadia mais agradável para futuros hóspedes.

Gerente Vanessa péssima, a pousada é ótima e os funcionários também, mas a gerente Vanessa se esforçou pra ser péssima, já fiquei em atins várias vezes e nunca vi uma pessoa tão ruim quanto ela, realmente se esforçou pra acabar com a pousada, apenas pena dela

Essa pousada , embora seja bonita na aparência , não tem infra estrutura necessária . O chalé que nos reservaram era pequeno , sem cama de casal e sem Tv . O ar condicionado era bom . Eram duas camas e um beliche de 2 , tudo empilhado . O pior de tudo era o banheiro , externo , sem teto ( com o sol batendo na cabeça) e compartilhado com muita gente. Sujo ! O staff é pouco cordial e atende nossas demandas como se tivesse fazendo um favor . É longe de tudo e pra sair de lá para almoçar ou para ir no centrinho ou na praia , só de quadriciclo , por 25 reais cada vez , ou a pé no sol e na areia fofa , muito desconto!

Purtroppo una sola notte di passaggio con tour, bel posto, le stanze pulite e curate e soprattutto la mia stanza aveva il bagno senza il tetto e con una palma (formidabile) personale disponibile e accogliente. Colazione varia e buona. Ci si può rilassare in piscina o in una delle amache presenti e godersi il vero relax senza i rumori di una città
