STAY AWAY!!! The worst stay EVER!! HB Hotels Sequoia Alphaville SP, HB Hotel Sequoia, Anora Spaces, Anora Spaces Sequoia Alphaville, or whichever name try to rebrand themselves as. Apparently, some rooms are individually owned at this Hotel and unbeknownst to me. The room was COLD (10 Celsius/ 50 degrees F) heat did not work in the room and I also couldn't not get fresh towels in the morning. The front desk didnt even care to even honor my request with towels nor warmth being I had a 3 year old child! Their response was I have to deal with the owner of the room? What the hell is going on here??? I would highly advise anyone to stay far away from and save yourself the headache from HB Sequoia, or Anora Spaces Sequoia Alphaville which even name they try to rebrand themselves as. O atendimento dos garçons no restaurante é excepcional. Parabéns pela qualidade do serviço, ambiente agradável e localização perfeita. O atendimento desde a recepção foi excelente. Com certeza, retornarei em breve. Hotel super recomendado.

Gostamos demais do tamanho do quarto, da sala, do banheiro, estadia muito boa, cozinha completa, fizemos um jantar muito gostoso, tv com vários canais, o hotel é para moradia também, localizado no coração do Alphaville Barueri, ao lado do Pão de Açúcar

Sou morador (408) mas vou desocupar. Eu achei que era bem frequentado, mas nós ganhamos um vizinho que toca músicas a uma altura insuportável, o dia todo. A recepção é simplesmente indiferente às nossas frequentes reclamações. HB Sequoia não está à altura de Alphaville.

Hospedamo-nos com o fim de descansar pois estávamos vindo de um evento grande em que trabalhamos sem parar por vários dias. O hotel é limpo, possui garagem privativa com manobrista, recepção 24h. O quarto é incrivelmente grande, bem confortável, com um banheiro enorme também. Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar.

O hotel é muito antigo, sem manutenção, precisa de reformas. Teto do banheiro descascando e com pontos de mofo, as portas desfolhando, armário com cheiro forte, não pude pendurar ou guardar nada devido ao cheiro, mas o cheiro é só dentro do armário, o quarto não tem cheiro de mofo, tomadas antigas. O quarto é grande, sala grande, varanda, cozinha, limpeza nota 10. Café da manhã normal e variado. Localização excelente.
