Rent a Home Eptingerstrasse - Self Check-IN

This was the worst accommodation I've ever had. First of all, it wasn't stated anywhere that there were shared bathrooms and toilets, and I was shocked when I found out. They were supposedly going to collect an 8 CHF city tax from us, but nobody came to collect it. Therefore, we couldn't get a free transport pass either. Maybe they're running an illegal hotel. When we got to our room, there was only a single duvet for the double bed. I had to send numerous emails to get another duvet. The ones we got were summer duvets. When I woke up at night, the room was freezing. They had turned off the heating. In short, it lacked the most important qualities you'd expect from a hotel: security and safety. Never go there.

Horrible experience. The code we received didn't work, we were never able to get into the apartment. We were left homeless at 9 pm with a 7-year-old child, having to find somewhere else to stay for the night.
