The rooms are absolutely spacious. Easily reachable from Basel SBB. Also provided us with Basel booklet and map🤩🤩Would stay here again! Very close to Germany border. You can also go to Lörrach a nearby German town🤩🤩 Basel Airport nearby

Really friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly clean. good location with ease access to the motorway and tram and bus stops a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Free cake, tea and coffee. Children friendly hotel with a small play area in reception.

I was at the hotel with my daughter from 29.3.2024 - 31.3.2024. I have to thank the receptionist. She was amazing and very nice. And also thank you to the gentleman at the reception. Thank you to all the hotel staff. Basel is a nice city with a rich history. Jiří and Rozária

Perfect hospitality and good access to city. In addition they have an option for early check-in. They have a warehouse to keep your staff for check out also. Breakfast is also included of different delicious cold and hot foods and drinkings.

The hotel is placed in a good area,you can take the tram from the station in front of the hotel.They arrive every 5-10 minutes.You receive free pass for the city/public transport for your whole duration in the hotel. The room is simple,practical and very clean.The stuff is very friendly.Great breakfast!!!

I liked everything -room(has a medium size),bed(the mattresse was very confortable),cleaning,breakfast(was amazing).The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated in a very good position next to the tram station and about 2 km to the old town.

You feel welcome as a guest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast and the tasty bread. In the afternoon you can have tea, coffee and delicious cakes for free. The hotel is next to the river Rhein where you can go for walks and a tram station is in front of the hotel. In 5 minutes you are in the city by tram

Good location, very bad mattress, probably one of the worst mattress ever I have had. maybe it’s from ikea ( at least the wooden part was ikea ) Side part was lower so it’s not flat. I am light but stil I couldn’t sleep, mattress has to be flat😖 Also shower is bad, the water wasn’t enough, how can they be so proud of this amount of water as hotel. But breakfast is very good. Finally it’s important to sleep well in hotel so I don’t recommend at all. ベッドが水平じゃなくてダメなのと水圧低すぎ、しかもお風呂場が暗い、水浸しになるタイプ。 寒かった。 しかし朝食は美味しいです。

Great hotel with caring staff. Well located by an easy tramline and free travel with the complimentary Basel card. The free tea (amazing range), coffee and cakes in the afternoon were most welcome. All in all a great stay. The room was spacious with fresh water bottles each day. Excellent shower and bath too.
