The hotel parking lot is difficult to access. You have to park at the main entrance, then ask the attendant for a parking card and scan it before you can enter. When leaving, there's a button to open the gate before you reach the main entrance, but it's easy to miss, so be mindful. You have to drive to the end of the parking lot where the hotel's name is written. Our four-person car was too big, so it took a lot of effort to park. Some floors of the hotel are completely undecorated, just concrete walls, not at all like a four-star hotel. Room 91 on the fourth floor has stairs, making it unsuitable for elderly families. There's free fruit and coffee in the hallway, but the coffee machine on the second floor was broken.

The location is very central. The rooms are clean and stylish. The service and approach are friendly. The service in the common areas is good and adequate.
