There is no air conditioning in the rooms that cost more than 600 yuan. I went down and asked the front desk. She told me that the air conditioning has hot air. I couldn't sleep much because of the heat all night. The sensor light was still on and couldn't be turned off. I could only use a pillow to block it. There was a gray stain on the quilt cover. , breakfast was average.

The overall configuration of the hotel is that of an economical one, the attitude of the service staff is average, and the promised invoice was not issued smoothly. The location of the hotel is okay and parking is convenient

1. The hotel is located on the edge of the busy National Highway 318. The shops on both sides of the road are open until midnight and the music is constantly playing. The rooms facing the street are very affected and cannot sleep at all. This is something that people who have just arrived in Tibet still need to adapt to. People at altitude have a hard time; 2. It is necessary to correct: the hotel is not newly renovated in 2022 as stated online, but some rooms are under renovation; 3. The equipment and facilities in the room are extremely shabby, the window curtains are difficult to pull, and the carpet and bed frame are stained; 4. The shower room door was removed, the wet and dry areas were divided into empty sections, the sanitary ware was old and dirty, the shower head leaked, and there was water on the floor; 5. The front desk receptionist was indifferent and perfunctory. When the rooms were not full, they placed several elderly guests dragging suitcases at the end of the long corridor with 58 guest rooms on the first floor; The above is our personal experience of this stay, and is not meant to discredit. We chose to stay at Nujiang Cloud Hotel because we had had good impressions in the past, but this time it was so disappointing.

In the center of Basu County, the environment is comfortable and convenient, and there are oxygen concentrators and humidifiers available to relieve the discomfort caused by high altitude and dry climate. There is butter tea for breakfast and you can experience the special flavor of Tibetan area.

Seriously over the top. Just because the hotel is relatively large in Basu, can we completely ignore the facilities and service quality? You control the amount of water in the faucet. Have you ever thought about how long guests have to wait to finish taking a shower and wash their hands? The room smells bad and the windows can't be opened more; it's next to the roadside and it's so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night; the breakfast is even weirder and the sanitary conditions are worrisome. There's almost nothing to eat. Any B&B is better than your home. Much. It can be said that this is the most unacceptable hotel in this two-week trip to Tibet, bar none!

有個很臭的味道

很差勁。 【1】房間燈光很灰暗 【2】衞生條件不好，插頭線什麼的到處放很臟 【3】床很硬，一晚上都睡不着，好像是沒床墊？ 【4】酒店裡為什麼還有一個商務KYV？走廊裏全是一股劣質香水和難聞的味道。大晚上也有人走來走去 【5】走廊有風，門廊鎖不緊，一吹門就會框框小聲響。 不值這個錢。。。。

看是新裝修的，價格也高，想着應該不錯，結果大失所望，設施簡單，房間不隔音，裏面的空調關了自動開，還沒有早餐……簡直無語了

第一次這樣寫差評，前台問3句回答一個句，特別不耐煩，電梯一進去一股黴味，房間更是睡的難受至極，被子特別厚，悶熱的房間空調衹有暖風，想涼快一點衹能開電扇，房間連電話也沒有，600塊錢一晚的酒店洗漱用品跟200的快捷酒店一樣，洗澡洗到一半沒熱水了！到的時間很晚了，看着酒店外表挺大價格也不算便宜就定這了，怎麼也不會想到能差到這種程度，幸好進去以後在攜程下的單，還能有個地反應一下這家酒店的實際情況，希望能給走318國道的朋友提個醒，本來開了一天車想休息一下，睡了一晚第二天就生病了，對了所謂的雙早就是一個牛奶兩個雞蛋，前台拿了就走，200的標準收600的價格！啥也不是！
