Good location. Near Grand Batam Mall and alot of eateries. Need a bar hand soap and the water pressure is abit low during my stay.

The location of the hotel is great, shopping malls and hawker centers are within walking distance. The waiters are very helpful and polite .

Just shower water pressure very low. The place is nice but my room not have windows but look like i was in quarantine inside apt but i understand that day was alot of booking no worries i still like to stay in 89 hotel. The service all oky but need to be improve like shower cause the water is very low including top of shower head.

Toilet and room are dimly lighted. Cigarette smell sipping into my room all the time. Will not be staying there again.

We were received by front staff with friendly smiles greeting us. Me & wifey were supposed to check in at 2pm their local time but got checked in one hour earlier instead. Room is clean with pleasant smell. We unpacked our things and proceeded straight to the Grand Mall to pick up some snacks and followed by a sumptuous seafood dinner at A2. The 89 Hotel is conveniently located, so Grand Mall & A2 food center is just a stone throw away. The hotel's breakfast buffet is superb. Choices of food to choose from and the menu is different everyday. By the way, we stayed for 4 nights in 89 Hotel. I will definitely come back to 89 Hotel again if we are going to Batam. Highly recommended for couple or family stay. You won't regret it.

Location near BCS and Grand Batam Mall. Lots of eatery shops. The room not spacious maybe due to I stayed at corner unit (pillar pertrude). The toilet spacious and clean but hot water for shower take time to heat up. Breakfast many varieties and quite good. Overall is recommended except deposit too high (RP 300,000 if no passport deposit at reception).

We stayed at Hotel 89 whenever we visited Batam. Hotel location is good as it is within walking distance to Grand Mall, BCS Mall, wet market and Tua Pek Gong Temple.
