Ideally located in the city centre. Clean and very comfortable beds absolutely nothing to complain about. We would stay here again. Does advertise WiFi.. unfortunately the pass code was blacked out on the information page. This wasn't a huge issue as spent our days exploring beautiful bath. It is a little noisy however nothing thar shouldn't be expected in a central location and to be honest it wasn't detrimental to our stay

Excellent service very clean and welcoming the owner took time to speak to us before we left offered us to leave our luggage if we were going shopping very close to station and shops would highly recommend . Very good restaurants and pubs within walking distance

We had family over from Bulgaria for the first time and they wanted to see Bath. We found Anabelle's Guest House online. It is in a great location. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station. If you come by car as we did, there is a large public car park opposite. The host was there to greet us and he explained everything to us. The rooms are not huge but perfectly adequate and have wardrobe, bedside cabinet and sink. The beds were really clean and really comfy. The breakfast spread was very good (nothing cooked) toast, croissant, muffins, fruit, cereal and yogurt plus tea and fresh ground coffee. The bathroom is not en-suite and is down the hall. Not a problem for us (it was in the online description) but some people may not like it. It was very clean and a good shower.

Stop here for the weekend and it's a perfect location right in the heart of Bath and Rugby ground 5 minutes walk away, car park right opposite which costed £42 from Friday 5pm till Sunday 5pm , Anabelle Guest House is friendly and very clean place, we only had a twin room cause that all that was left but was clean and beds are so comfortable , yes you have to share a toilet and shower but this was never a problem, would definitely recommend and will return again , didn't have the breakfast but there was lots having it , thanks for a lovely stay and see u soon ,

Anabelle's Guest House is conveniently located not only to Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and Pulteney Bridge, but is also convenient to Bath Spa Railway Station (two blocks) and the locations where tour groups gather. Anabelle's is clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was quite satisfactory, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful.

We had a very nice stay. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and to all main attractions. Our host Sergio was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this Guest House due to its proximity to the train station. I arrived later than the check-in time and was quickly given my room key and instructions by the friendly staff who were there. As this is a guesthouse, I was aware that there would be no lift and one of the staff members kindly took my bag up for me. The room was clean, quite cosy with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The towels were of a decent size and the furniture looked quite new. Room temperature was great after braving the rain and cooler days. I chose the room with private bathroom which was spotless. Breakfast was a continental style breakfast with cereals, toast, muffins, yoghurts and fruit with tea/coffee and juices also available. I would most definitely stay here again.

A friendly, homey place, in the centre of town. It was walking distance from most of the sights we wanted to visit. Our host Sergio was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were bright and clean. The bathroom was clean. They even served a good breakfast.

Get past the somewhat tired exterior (windows could do with some sanding and paint) and discover the interior is nicely done and in good repair with the breakfast room looking out onto the street. We stayed in a twin ensuite on the second floor. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Would stay again.

Spendid stay! Loved all the staff and everyone was very interested in my life. Especially jack the waiter. The facilities, cleanliness and food was spectacular. My stay was short and sweet, but I shall definitely be returning again soon! Many thanks

Absolute pearl of a place. Well worth the money. Stayed here for one night to visit the Christmas Market . Central to the town centre. Staff so friend and helpfull. The rooms were so clean and well maintained. Will definitely use this guest house again.

The photos make it look cute - it isn't. It is tatty and tired, with poor facilities. We were up 4 floors and there was no lift. This was not mentioned before we arrived. The wallpaper was peeling, the stair carpet was frayed, the window didn't fit the frame and there was a draught, the fittings were loose and the bathroom floor tiles were lifting. On the plus side: the staff member was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the location was good. I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Arrived at Annabelle’s at 11am for a three night stay. Check in wasn’t until 3pm but Sergio the manager informed me that we could leave our case with him and call back when our room was ready. I have to say that I have never met a better host than Sergio. He was so welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was small but had everything in it that we needed. We had a shared bathroom which I was very apprehensive about however it was spotless and we never had to wait to use it as it was only shared between ourselves and one other room. The shower water pressure is not great but serviceable. Breakfast was continental and again for the price paid it was very good, juice, yogurt, tea, coffee, selection of cereals, fruit choice, toast, cheese, jam and croissants. We had clean towels on request and the room was serviced each day. For the price you couldn’t fault this very charming B&B. Please remember you are not paying 5 star prices but you definitely receive 5 star service from Sergio. The property is no more then 5 minutes walk from all the cities sights and restaurants. Thank you Sergio for making our visit so good.
