A very enjoyable stay. The staff are welcoming and efficient, and they all seem to get on well as they work which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere for the guests. When we had a slight problem with the shower at 7am, Lille on reception leapt into action, sorted everything out very quickly and efficiently, and was very cheerful about the whole thing - excellent customer service, much appreciated. Just to add that the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfasts were ample and delicious!

Excellent location, recently refurbished, clean and fresh. Only issue with Housekeeping twice not actioning request for towel change and tea/coffee replenishment.

This hotel is in the centre of bath city and all the tourist interests were within walking distance so big tick on location. I can’t praise the staff in the hotel they were fantastic. I thought I’d booked an accessible room being a wheelchair user but I hadn’t. The receptionist Jo went above and beyond sorting out the best room for my needs and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very high standard of cleanliness. The bed was one of the best I’ve come across in a hotel and the bed linen was fresh and inviting. We ate in the bar+block in the evening and it was delicious great value for money and again fantastic staff so friendly. In the morning we went for breakfast and the choice and quality was certainly worth the extra money as I don’t think I could have got it cheaper anywhere else. I can’t wait to go there again as we enjoyed the whole experience.

Room was very clean and comfortable, Jake and Haliyah were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surounding area, would stay again, very happy price, thank you for an amazing stay, Bath is an amazing city with lots of great food and places to see

Was very happy and satisfied with my stay here, had a very warm welcome with a great smile from reception by a lad called Jake he was very friendly and made us feel at home and was very helpful in giving us information on local areas to try out for food and entertainment. All round a great stay and would definitely come back again👍🏻

Great location close to the city centre. The room was clean & comfortable and all the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. The only downside was that last orders were called in the bar at 10pm. Why? I’ve never stayed at a Premoer Inn (or any other hotel for that matter) where the bar closes so early

I really enjoyed my time in this Travelodge, staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I want to thank haliya for being extra kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to bath and will be staying in this Travelodge again. Thankyou so much
