Think twice if you have a large suitcase and are on the upper floors. The lounge is nice with a real fire. Breakfast was nice too. Friendly hotel. 👍

The hotel is good. The living room is OK except for the smell of old house air when entering the room. The furniture is old but it feels good. The breakfast selection is quite rich.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, the front desk service attitude is good, the room is clean and tidy but the facilities are a bit old. The overall feeling is that the price/performance ratio is quite high, suitable for traveling and living alone

A great guesthouse just down the hill from the Royal Crescent. My room was decorated nicely, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfasts were great, and the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when I arrived much later than I expected and was in dire need of a quick meal and beer.

Perfect location. Short walk into Bath town centre via main road or longer route uphill via The Crescent and Circus. Guest house has a nice relaxed cosy atmosphere. Nice big bedroom with modern en-suite. Bed and pillows good. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Continental and cooked choices. Even a specials board. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return especially for a yummy Bath bun.
