The hostel itself is decent and clean, but there are two major downsides worth mentioning.
First, the socket placement is genuinely terrible. There are barely any conveniently located plugs near the top beds, which makes charging your phone or using devices really inconvenient, especially in shared dorms.
Second, the location is not really good. The hostel is quite far uphill from the city centre, and walking back to the top is exhausting after a long day around Bath. It’s manageable, but definitely something to consider if you have luggage or don’t want a steep climb every time you return.
Overall, okay for a budget stay, but the poor socket layout and inconvenient hilltop location would make me think twice before booking again.
