Hotel Indigo BATH by IHG

An excellent hotel! They pay great attention to every detail. Even though it's an old building, it's incredibly well-maintained and has a wonderful classic atmosphere. The service is top-notch and of a very high standard.

A delightful surprise during our 16-night UK trip! I loved the Cotswolds so much that I decided to stay an extra night in Bath instead of heading straight back to London. It was a last-minute booking on a Saturday, so the price was a bit high, over 2000+. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The hotel itself has a wonderful British charm and a very artistic vibe. Our room wasn't huge, but the layout was incredibly well-designed and efficient. We also met a very enthusiastic Spanish guy at the front desk who gave us some excellent recommendations! I really hope to have the chance to visit again.

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Bath Spa station. It's located in a charming century-old building, but the facilities are new and unique. A big thank you to Emily at the front desk for arranging a garden room for me and for thoroughly explaining all the hotel's amenities. It's close to all the attractions in Bath, offers great value for money, and comes highly recommended!

Facilities: Perfect! The shower is spacious with great water pressure, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which was a lifesaver for drying clothes. The room also has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks and biscuits, and a capsule coffee machine (though I don't drink coffee). Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness: Excellent, spotless. Ambiance: British-themed, with truly beautiful decor. From the common areas to the room and the restaurant, every detail is aesthetically pleasing and a delight to the eye. Service: Flawless. I couldn't find the main entrance, and the front desk staff actually came out to meet me. They were thoughtful, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bath.

Great location and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good too. The only downside is the low ceiling. If you're over 180cm tall, you might want to reconsider. We stayed on the third floor, and the ceiling was only about 2 meters high, so showering required bending down. Not sure if other floors are the same...

For a small place like Bath, this hotel is excellent. The building is over 300 years old, and it has been beautifully renovated. We even got a free upgrade to a suite!
