The location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few minutes' walk to the train station, and even closer to the Roman Baths and the Abbey – just a three-minute stroll. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great too.

A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths.

Lovely location and on-site Onsen, large room and privacy. Ease to explore the Bath city and shopping. We enjoy the bath (onsen) with it Roman design and same water source as Roman Bath.

The room was too small, and the facilities were outdated. The shower stall was tiny, and some amenities were out of order for a day. The hotel's steak was undercooked, making it poor value for money.

My daughter and I had a lovely time at the spa. Wish we could stay longer to try the F&B outlets. Would be wonderful if toothbrush can also be provided. Service was great and staff were attentive.
