The room is compact but well-equipped and quiet. The hotel lobby and dining area are bright and convenient. Its location is super handy, with the train station and all the main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend! The pictures are of the hotel's surroundings.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the town center, within walking distance of both the train station and the Roman Baths. The rooms are new, spacious, and the service is warm and attentive. Staying here on a Sunday offers great value for money.

The hotel was quite busy, and the room was relatively clean, but there was no bottled water. Breakfast was very crowded, but it was delicious, a classic English breakfast, and you could even make your own waffles.

This hotel is part of a chain, so you can count on the quality being consistent across the board. Its prime location in the heart of the old town makes it incredibly convenient for walking to the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the River Avon. Despite early May not being peak season, the hotel was quite popular with a high occupancy rate. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in the lobby, and while it can get very busy during peak hours, it's always well-organized. They offer a full English breakfast with all the usual trimmings. The rooms aren't small, but trying to open and lay flat two 28-inch suitcases might feel a bit cramped. We booked two twin rooms and one double room, staying for two nights, and found all the services to be excellent – clean, tidy, and quiet.

The environment is great, and the hotel's central location makes it very convenient to get around everywhere on foot. The only downside is that there's no on-site parking, so you have to park a bit further away, which is a minor inconvenience.
