No lift. If you carry luggages, dont book this hotel and no wifi too. Water heater is not warm enough.

Not easy to find the hotel, outside the hotel is dark at the entrance. No WiFi in the room. Air-conditioning noisy and the bed sheet not clean. I think the hotel is for visitors to find a cheap place to relax for a few hours..

Hotel serving nice and house keeping also very good i am still recommended this is the best place to stay in batam.

The hotel guard is not friendly, the wifi doesn't reach the upper floors, there are lots of cockroaches running around
