"I stayed here once with family. Previously in apartment with 3-4 rooms. Really spacious. This time it is studio room so don't expect it to be glamorous or stylish. It is functional room. The only downside is lack of plug. Not even plug at the bedside table. But otherwise water pressure or aircond is good. Just the hot water does not really felt hot. My room at the top most level 9. Previously has some problem with lift. It was slow. But not having those issue during this stay. Either because lack of guest or the lifts are upgraded. Breakfast is good as always, the spread is not that much variety but enough to fulfill morning needs. The ultimate plus is the location opposite pantai batu burok, walking distance to hospital sultanah zahirah, stadium, akuatik centre and shopping malls like KTCC and mayang."

"Nice stay for a short gateway. The room and bathroom are fine (only spotted some dust in the room). Ironing facility available outside the room. The hotel is close to the city and there are local delicacies nearby. Tealive is attached to the hotel lobby."

"Recommended.. Even though hotel is quite old.. but the hotel service is maintain 4 stars.. Room is comfortable. I’m very lucky because my room is faces to the sea view on 8th floor. Food on breakfast need to more efficient, i came down on 8pm++.. certain food not topup and the people is increase to join the meals but the food is no enough. I can rate 4 stars for overall. Can repeat in the future."

"Parking basement gelap, quite scary for me. Hotel lama tapi dah di relook. Bahagian corridor ke bilik agak suram tapi so far ok je nothing eeriee happen. Breakfast tak banyak variety tapi food sedap"

"Very satisfied with the service from the staff. The child loves taking a bath very much. The day we went the day before the puasa so no one took a bath. One pool for us. The room is also very large and worth the price offered. Front door facing the pool, back door facing the beach, parking is a buzz, overall very satisfied. "

"Hotel is located right in the middle of bustling city. Many eateries and marts within walking distance. They do provide free car park behind the hotel. Bed was roomy for dorm type unlike the capsule one. 6 shared toilets for about 20 rooms on the same floor. Mattress is a little soft to my liking. Air cond is cold enough for a room this size. Cleanliness in the room was great but not the toilets. Appreciate if the management can improve this. Will definately come back to stay here again. Below RM70 per night for this kind of stay was a good bargain. They also provide lounge area with TV to my surprise."

However, there was a noticeable smell in the room and the bed was not very comforting. The cleanliness of the room was okay, although the toilet had a lingering smell. The amenities provided in the room were basic but sufficient, including a small ironing board, slippers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no complimentary water bottle, you can buy your own at 7eleven or at the reception. On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near a drawbridge, food restaurants, a self-service laundry, a 7-Eleven, a Secret Recipe outlet, and an Ayam Geprek restaurant. This is a decent accommodation at an affordable price, still a practical choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay on a budget."
