This is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Penang; it's flawless in every way- including facilities, comfort, service and hospitality, and, above all- food and beverages at Cinnamon Asian Kitchen and Javana Lounge! Along with a magnificent view and a very cosy room with lovely amenities, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and attentive. 10/10 ⭐️

Everything is excellent for this hotel. From the check in session til check out. Staffs were friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the welcome drinks given after a long drive. the room was squeaky clean and spacious. Unfortunately i cant see any sea view eventhough my booking was for deluxe seaview. Kids enjoyed the pools very much. And the beach also. Breakfast buffet offered variety of foods. Even their sambal also varied. overall we love park royal and definitely will repeat in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Penang! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping was professional, warm, and attentive. I surprised my husband with a birthday treat during our stay, and the hotel team made it extra special by sending the birthday surprise after we returned from the pool, which was such a thoughtful touch. My husband also planned to surprise me for our anniversary, and although the swan decoration on the bed was set up after we arrived, I truly appreciated the effort it was romantic and made the moment unforgettable. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The dining experience at Cinnamon Restaurant was made even better by the warm hospitality from Nadia, Hidayah, and the entire team. Special thanks to Zeyati, our room service staff, for her kindness and attention to detail, and to the bellman who helped us with our bags so efficiently. A big shoutout to the two amazing crew members at the Kids Club (sorry forget their name but i have picture of them) they were so attentive and caring with the children. My kids absolutely loved them, and their warmth made a big difference in our stay. We truly appreciate their effort and energy! The room was clean and spacious, the facilities were top-notch, and the beach access was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality shown by the crew and team was beyond expectations. Everything was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care and attention from everyone at PARKROYAL Penang. We’ll definitely come back again! I had a truly great wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. From the warm welcome at check in to the attentive service - made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, just a short walking distance to ferringi bay and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing- perfect for a peaceful gateway. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again.

Truly love the views and the ambience at Park Royal. Staff are all friendly and I really enjoy my stay. Breakfast was superb. I do wonder what pillow they used. Nothing to complain here as I already plan to book here for my next trip!
