Hassle check in process. Need everyone IC card to validate instead of the person who booked the room. I have booked 2 rooms but need everyone who stays with me their IC cards. Calling room service but no instructions on how to use the cordless room. Need more improvement on the hotel services. Parking is limited.

The overall experience is great, got a free upgrade to seaview room (due to weekdays availability I guess) the environment is chill and room is comfy 🌟 Would definitely come back again

Highly recommended for families with kids.
Lotsa activities for adults and kids at the gym and kids centre.
Super clean room with lots of storage shelves, the best that I have stayed.
However, there is only 1 sliding door to toilet/bathroom so may not be convenient for sharing.
Super near beach but beach is unsafe for swimming due to jellyfish.
Breakfast variety is great.
Many local eateries nearby within walking distance.
Will book again with kids. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
30min drive from Georgetown and Grab cab should be easy.

Begin step in to the hotel is amazing view from the lobby . It’s look like a big photo frame with a nice view. Very good service from the staff . Everyone with a smile face . Swimming pool with warm water . Very good experience when kids to have evening water play . The awesome landscaping design make you feel you are in an island . Highly recommend

My second visit of Park Royal Resort, love the environment and vibe here. Family baby friendly especially kids club beach and splash water park.
Even adults is enjoy the gym club is 5 star 24 hour, Gustoso italian and breakfast buffet is good.
But the cleanliness need to be improve as a 5 star hotel, base on my two times experience when i first check in room are dusty and lot of long hair from previous customer stay. Hope the management and house keeping team can improve this issue.
Anyway i did request them to come vacuum again, they are still helpful.
And the car parking are full of tree leaves when park overnight, the staff are helpful he offer us to wash our car as well.
Overall my stay is fantastic, definitely will come back next time.

We didn’t feel like we were in Malaysia at all; really felt like a tropical paradise!
Upon entering the lobby area, we were in awe of the amazing view of the pool/beach. Even the view from our room was lovely.
We loved the breakfast spread and even the dining selection. All staff were very friendly.
The room was also super comfy and we loved the coolness of the aircon.
The only downside to our stay were the horrendous sandfly bites that both my daughter and I encountered.

-Service is good, polite and informative
-Room is big enough, hair dryer only found in 1 toilet, another toilet didn't have.
-swimming pool and amenities for kids is good
-beach so so, those horsemab too hard sale, quite irritated.
-breakfast is bad.. Not 5 stars hotel standard, disappointed
