The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

Everything is good check in and check out are also smooth and they extend the checkout time as well. I recommend to book this property without second thought.

the room we stayed in was awful. no slippers, the room was completely smoked, mold on the sofa, the bed was smoked, the sheet was burnt, the sink in the toilet was leaking, the cutlery was broken, dirty, fortunately we stayed for one night and didn't have the strength or time to change the room.

The room has everything available that you may need. The location and cleanliness was average. The checkin procedure and service needs to be improved.

The beach is very active until late at night, so you need to be prepared for it to be noisy. There is a problem with parking. There are a lot of cars.

There was a sewage smell coming from the shower booth. I told the owner but he didn't do anything about it. The view from the balcony was nice.

Differs from the one in the photo. Perhaps the owner has many rooms, I am disappointed. The name "Luxury apartments" is completely inappropriate here.
