This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

Hotel is very old and it has the Soviet Union feel to it, great location, surrounded by restaurants and clubs.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

The hotel is located in the old town. The location is excellent!!
The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee...
The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!!
When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔
There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.)
In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

Other than going to the black sea beach and ******s around, there is not much else to do in Batumi, so staying in a good hotel is part of the overall experience. I found this hotel to be in a very good location, it is old-fashioned, with clean and spacious rooms; our stay was comfortable, with no complaints about the room; however, the staff at the reception desk was unfriendly with minimal customer service experience. The breakfast is served in a large area, so we always find a good table. The food was average, but specialty coffees were not included; I paid ten laris daily for a latte, but the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The ****** on the ground floor is small and filled with ************* and a few dealer's tables. The staff at the ****** reception is also unfriendly. Overall is an average hotel but the price is convenient for a large room.
