Above our expectations. Friendlier from start till we departures. The convenient of walking to mall and all the super delicious restaurant and the fast food. Super Smiley Hotel. Love it !!!

I booked for one night n ended up to extent another night in the same hotel…. Its a great hotel in Bandung. Normally i like to hop hotels as i will make review vedios in utube but this hotel was good. Will surely stay here if i go to bandung again

It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. The food, service, room and everything about this hotel were amazing

very enjoy at their business lounge in 18 th floor, not happy with receptionist when check in, I feel they are not to be honest to guest, for using business lounge should be only pay Rp350.000 per person but they push me to upgrade room. Also when I asking additional water by rool call, they make it difficult, my request is only water, but the services is doesn't like five star hotel

It was nice to have a classy meal with a quiet atmosphere and a great night view from the 18th floor.

It's really worth it, Trans Luxury has complete facilities. On the 5th floor there is a gym and sauna room, but unfortunately the ladies' jacuzzi is under repair. The swimming pool makes the kids not want to stop, it's that fun. All the staff are friendly.

Amazing experience to be able to meet Trans Luxury Bandung, the food is also delicious

Everything is really good, the rooms etc., the only downside is the staff in front of the lobby who offers valet and a less than pleasant welcome and very lacking in 3S, as well as the hotel's limited parking area and no security guard to direct you.
