Although the room is small but complete
The only drawback is there is no coffee in the room (just tea and sugar)
Also there is no refrigerator in the room, but they said you can leave it there
And you can't check in early, maybe because it's the weekend so the rooms are full
Overall it's really good"

"hotel room is quite spacious,but needs to be improved again the cleanliness,i found dirt and hair on the sheets,the floor is not clean too.there is a pool facility but the water is cold"

"Stayed on New Year's Eve.. there are fireworks on the night of the year change, the room is clean, there is a bathtub, there is a swim suitable for family stay. Good breakfast variety. Worthed 👍"

"The hotel is old school, vintage, the cleanliness is maintained, the staff is super friendly and informative, and no less importantly, the view is really beautiful, I booked a room facing the city, I could see the city lights from the top of the mountain, really cool. There is a swimming pool too. There is a free car wash service in the morning, if you want to give a tip, you can, any amount. The service is really good. There is also a pick-up and drop-off facility if you don't bring a private vehicle. Awesome. It seems like it could be a recommendation for a place to stay for the next trip to Baturaden. Hopefully the hotel service management can be maintained 👍"
