Traveling with a friend's family, we requested two connecting rooms. Our window overlooked the Swan Hotel, with the pier nestled between the two hotels. To get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you take a boat, which is super convenient. Epcot is incredibly close; even without the boat, a 7-8 minute walk along the river gets you right to the entrance. The free Orlando gondola station is also right outside Epcot. It's a nice option for a leisurely ride in the evening. The gondola can also take you to Hollywood Studios, but it's not as convenient or quick as the boat. For Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, just head to the shuttle bus stop to the left of the hotel entrance. Each bus is clearly marked with the park's name, making it very straightforward. The hotel lobby has a dedicated Disney service desk for tickets and inquiries, which is really handy. The lobby itself is huge and features a bar that's always bustling with foreigners enjoying drinks and chatting. There's a supermarket on the first floor, but it's honestly not cheap. I bought some drinks, a few pieces of bread, and a vegetable salad for the kids, and it cost over 1000 RMB – haha! Every evening, around 9 PM, we'd set up a table, pour some baijiu, and watch the spectacular fireworks from Epcot on the left. Sometimes, Hollywood Studios on the right would join in with their own display. Drinking and watching, it was pure bliss. Ordering takeout with Uber Eats was also incredibly easy, with a user-friendly interface. A guy even delivered our food in a Mercedes – capitalism is truly decadent! Haha 😄

We booked a fireworks-view room, and we could see the Epcot fireworks and light show. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to other parks, and there was also a boat option. You can take a nice walk along the hotel's waterfront. The room was small, and the bathroom was especially tiny. Both the hotel and Disney had a strong Christmas atmosphere, with beautiful decorations!

This hotel requires a boat ride to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, both ways, and the scenery is fantastic. For Magic Kingdom, you can just take the hotel's shuttle bus. As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place.

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂

Stayed at 3 different hotels for our trip, one other Disney owned. Dolphin was our favorite. So easy to get to the parks by water. Celebrating my 70th birthday and have some mobility issues. Grab and go was very convenient for when we need a quick breakfast or after park hours snack. Will definitely stay here next time!

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!

A fantastic hotel with a superb location. It offers convenient bus access to all Disney parks, and there's a free water taxi right outside that goes to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel itself boasts a great selection of restaurants, and we also ventured over to the neighboring Swan Hotel, where their dining options were equally excellent.

Compared to hotels back home, the rooms here are a bit older, but still comfortable enough. The hotel shuttle allowing early park entry an hour before opening is a huge plus and well worth it. You can take the water taxi back from Epcot, or if you don't mind walking, it's not too far either.

The Dolphin is an absolute delight. The location is perfect. You can walk to Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studios. But if you’re feeling tired, no stress, just take the boat. You also get early entry. I highly suggest this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded. We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent.

The room was spacious. My particular room even offered a fantastic view of Epcot's fireworks at night. Plus, Epcot is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus is the early park entry (30 minutes before general admission), allowing you to really maximize your time and fun!

The hotel rooms were decent enough. Its main draw is the close proximity to the various Disney parks, coupled with a convenient shuttle service. However, the front desk service was quite disappointing. First, we were assigned a room on an undesirable floor. Furthermore, despite specifically requesting housekeeping during check-in, our room remained uncleaned upon our return.
