講真的，這個酒店服務是真的很好，我一開始脾氣很不友好，和前台小姐姐發生了點口角 但是態度還是非常的好，後面反思一下，真誠的道個歉，房間確實很大，性價比真的非常高，阿姨收拾衞生也不錯，真心推薦，我一般不評論，但確實不錯。這家酒店直接幹，住了像賺一百萬。

房間寬敞乾淨，還送温泉票，還是很值，就是外面的小湯池衹開放了3個，想去泡都沒位置了，衹能在室內。離高速路口很近，便捷
總體來説還可以，晚上還有篝火晚會，熱鬧

房間設施不錯，環境相當安靜非常適合睡覺，入住時因各種原因換了幾個房間，前台小姐姐很配合。退房酒店贈送了小禮物✌️酒店温泉真的是燒的熱水，兩個大池子，其他小池子都沒上水😓

温泉酒店在去十八月潭與光霧山的分界網上，酒店有點舊，有温泉泡池，整體還是可以的！早餐一般，同團歺差不多！

可惜了酒店的位置和房間面積，管理跟不上房間近600的價格，連wufi都連不上，温泉太簡陋，除了房間寬敞沒有啥優點😁

特別滿意，房間很大，周邊環境很優美！每個服務人員都特別熱情，還有有很大的停車場而且免費停車，出行遊玩特別方便。非常值得推薦哦

去米倉山和十八月潭旅遊訂的，酒店設施有些年頭了，隔音特差，隔壁房間電視開的大聲都能聽到。第二天9點後洗澡，熱水不穩定，衹有温水。更不能接受的是，清潔服務員居然把我自帶的牙刷當作一次性用品扔了。早餐一般般，餐廳早餐期間衹有豆漿，不提供白開水，希望酒店能改進並提升服務！
