GGuest UserAmazing guaranteed sea views from modern and extremely clean apartment. Breakfast amazing. Lovely quiet location in La Paz, 15 mins up hill from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Bus stop very close for airports

GGuest UserHelpful and friendly front desk service. Few facilities but sufficient for a short stay. Not them the occasion we had a studio but well equipped and a small market 2 minutes away

ДДЕвгенийПроживали в отеле 3 ночи, сначала дали стандартный номер. Это конечно ужас - номер был очень старый и явно требует срочного ремонта. Абсолютно не соответствует картинкам в бронировании. Чайника нет, сейф платный, убогий телевизор, сам номер довольно маленький, всё обшарпано, грязно и неприятно. Совсем не то что ожидаешь за 300 евро в сутки. После возмущений и нервов нам дали номер категории выше, с видом на море. Он гораздо больше похож на то что мы видели на картинках, хотя тоже довольно старый. Звукоизоляция окон очень плохая и каждый день до полуночи приходилось слушать громкие уличные концерты. В целом отель больше напоминает дом пенсионеров - одни только бабушки и дедушки, не понятно только откуда у них столько денег. Безусловное преимущество отеля однако это изумительная терасса на крыше с тёплым бассейном. Лежаков всегда хватает на всех, дают полотенце. При желании можно сбегать искупаться в море внизу, на небольшом каменистом пляже. Завтраки очень неплохие, обильные и вкусные, кроме прочего есть свежевыжатые соки. Ужин тоже оказался достойным, хоть и без напитков. Расположение лучше не придумаешь - прямо на пешеходной улице, на 1й линии. Как итог могу сказать, что отель более-менее ”ок”, но если вы планируете тут проживать - избегайте номеров ”стандарт”, они недостойны этих денег и сильно хуже всех остальных. Важно отметить что отель в целом довольно стар, думаю его лучшее время прошло около 20 лет назад.

GGuest UserEverything corresponds to the description and photographs, clean, cozy, friendly staff, nearby there is a store, a kiosk with excursions, a bus station, a beach (waves, always a red flag), you can walk to the city beach with swimming pools, the nature is very beautiful, everything is super.

GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

GGuest UserGreat location near lots of restaurants (even vegan and vegetarian restaurants), cafes and bars, supermarkets are down the road. Nice and close to the ocean.
My room was a bit worn, however a good place to rest my head at the end of the day. Some beautiful Christmas lights up in the entrance.

CCrazy young CATAs a corner room, I was assigned a room with two balconies on the top floor, and it was so nice because the cool breeze came in and the low roof of the house was pretty. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious and good.
I think I'll visit again when I come back to Tenerife.
