"Literally perfect. For the same exact price you can't beat the features and luxurious feel of Home2 Suites. (by Hilton-Cleveland Beachwood) Pros: - The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have a very modern/luxe feel to them! (Can't stress enough how there truly isn't anything even comparable or as nice as this place... *& I have been to a LOT of hotels as I travel for my career.) - Rooms are sealed every day after a (clearly very thorough) sanitization/cleaning process. - Staff was very welcoming at the front desk, as was the housekeeper on the fourth floor, every day; they all had a smile on their face and actually engaged in more than the benign platitudes of business culture... Cons: I can't buy a king suite as an apartment and live here. I want to live here but this is a hotel, not an apartment.. I have to go home and leave this fantastical-cozy-cute-beautifully-blissful place."

"Breakfast is not bad, bacon eggs milk coffee, you can also make waffles yourself, there is free parking, the hotel location is very easy to find, safe, is the most cost-effective hotel"

"during check in my reservation had been completed earlier in the day, it had to be reinstated before I could receive my key. The shower had empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, they were replaced. All employees were very helpful. promptly once complaint had been made. The breakfast was terrific, lots of options."

"Nice hotel with friendly staff who where happy to help, Good breakfast options & a steak house restaurant attached for dinner if you want, otherwise there’s a lovely Chinese restaurant across the road & a convenience service station pretty much on your door step. Easy Uber into the city & airport. Enjoyed my stay."

"It's very close to where I want to go, so it's very, very convenient. There was a little hiccup when I checked out early the next morning, but it was solved perfectly and the attitude was very good."

"Great value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out."

"Location excellent easy access to freeway and shopping in the Beachwood, OH area. Plenty of places to eat close to hotel. Didn't order food at hotel totally forgot. "
