Location was amazing, I’m super happy I had room with mountains and lake view. People working there was friendly, a bit cold in room but it’s alright. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, I slept like a baby in clouds. Amazing building. I’m in love with this place. Looks like from fairytale

There is a bus stop right after you come out of Interlaken West Train Station. Take bus 101 at platform B, take bus 14 and get off at Wydi stop. Across the road from the bus is the park hotel. The whole journey takes about 25 minutes. Due to the beautiful scenery along the way, 25 minutes does not feel like a long time at all.
This hotel has a history of more than 200 years. The hotel provides a free public transportation card in the Interlaken area. Remember to ask the front desk for it when you check in. The hotel room is in the style of a primitive forest cabin. A hot water kettle is provided in the room. There is no hairdryer. You have to ask for a hairdryer from the front desk. The hotel does not provide slippers. There is no convenience store next to the hotel, so you need to buy what you need in Interlaken in advance and bring it with you. 🔻Smoking and drinking are not allowed in the hotel. Remember, if you are reported or caught, you will be fined 1,500 Swiss francs.
The hotel's balcony is quite large, and the scenery outside the balcony is very beautiful. You can see the mountain peaks opposite. One of the best places to stay and enjoy the outdoors with a captivating views of the Jungfrau and Swiss Alps with the Thun lake surroundings serene countryside. A must visit during your trip to the Alps and is tucked away off the beaten path at Beatenberg.

Me and my bf went there for two nights and for the check-in time we met at the front desk she said she only spoke English then she charge us for payment but we paid b4 already. When we asked to get the refund and she wanted us to send pics through the email of the hotel but it didn't work and she was like $&&#-+π•# so rude and no manner with us. We tried to calm down. After the Wifi doesn't work in our room and she said only in public areas but the description of the hotel said we have the wifi to use so I give them 1 point.

The room facilities are simple and more of a 1* to 2* level. The overall interior of the hotel is quite worn and needs a major renovation. Although free wifi was stated when booking, I had no wifi on my entire floor and there was only reception in and around the foyer. The staff seemed stressed and quite overwhelmed. Neither I nor any other guest had a booking confirmation and payment confirmation, so I initially had to pay twice, but later got the money back. No recommendation!
