The little customer service interaction we had was good and the satff helpful, however, the room we had was terrible, balcony doors that didn't close properly, cracked window in the door. 1 plug socket in the entire room ( a multi socket was provided after asking). No fridge facilities in the room to keep drinks cool. Overall a pretty poor experience for the price paid mid july.

Great place, recently renovated, breakfast is very good and complete, all staff members are very kind. Also great location, close to the beach and restaurants and 3 minute walk to the train station.

This was our 10th visit to Hotel Comte de Nice. The reception staff - Sophia, Casey and Irene are wonderful and very attentive, particularly Sophia who we knew from previous visits. The revamp of the hotel dining area gives you a very “cold “ feeling, white plastic furniture and dining in an open area that other guests can see whilst working through the reception. The breakfast itself is not up to the standard offered by the previous owner (the baguettes are very dry) and the increase in room rates including breakfast is not justified. If you intend to stay at this hotel you would be best to forgo the breakfast option. However, the rooms are quiet, spacious and very clean and the position is excellent

The hotel itself is nice exactly what it should be based on it star rating. Basic enough but the staff were so helpful and friendly. Based on a street with shops and near the square. 10 minute walk from a small beautiful beach

The hotel is along a through road. Parking only on the street with a fee during the day. Reception is friendly. The room is standard but sufficient with a double bed, a desk, a closet with a safe, but no fridge. The bathroom is clean and well kept. There is a small balcony overlooking the road. The room is quiet at night and after closing the shutters the room is pitch dark. Internet is somewhat on the slow side. Downstairs you can get free tea and coffee.. It is good value for money for an overnight stay.

Excelente hotel. Buenísima ubicación y el servicio dado por Hugo fue excelente. Teníamos más de 15 cuartos por la boda de mi hijo y todos mis amigos y familia quedaron encantados! Volveremos. La ubicación fue perfecta ya que estábamos cerca de la estación del tren. Nos encantó.
