Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaumont West / I-10 & Walden

I loved my stay, clean room, quiet and comfortable! I felt safe and secure here. Will be back again next time. Highly recommend!!!

I am normally very skeptical in trying a different hotel. But since our last hotel was a horrible experience in Beaumont, we had to find something new. I spent hours looking at reviews and finally decided on this hotel. We came down to deal with an estate of a family member so it wasn't a vacation. Everything from customer service to the room to breakfast and checking out was awesome. Sarah, Kya, and Jordan are amazing staff. They each treated us like one should be treated. Sarah checked us in. We had two rooms and she made the check in process simple and was excellent. Kya stopped what she was doing to bring us towels. Each one had respect and a great attitude. The room was fantastic. Small kitchenette with full size fridge, dishwasher, two burners, microwave and even dishes. Bed was so comfy. The place was bright and clean. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. It's been a long time since I've given 5 stars to a place. Keep doing what you are doing. The only issue I did have was that housekeeping didn't come to our room and clean. I'm not sure why. There was no sign on the door to stop them. It would have been nice for fresh towels and to come back to the bed made. But it wasn't the end of the world. To the owners, thank you for taking pride in your hotel.

Great Hotel. Good Location, New build! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Slept very well. Very quiet. Staff were very nice!

I absolutely love my stay at the hotel. It was quiet, clean and surrounded by a lot of different places to explore and eat. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

It was spot on clean. They even wrapped the remote in plastic to let you know it's clean and you take it out. Lots of space in a king room. Refrigerator, Kitchen area so dishes, glasses, silverware and Keurig machine.

Overall the room was comfortable, but the shower handle and tub accessories take up so much room it was very awkward to safely stand in the shower. Was also disappointed with breakfast. The health inspection rating of 87 was posted, so I opted for a bagel. Still, I plan on staying there again as I like that the property is new, convenient to I-10 and a good value.
