Room facilities are good. Cleanliness is good. Coffee pot is convenient to use. Plenty of delivery options nearby. Water is slow to heat up.

Hotel parking is 22 dollars a day, but the opposite parking building is only 6 dollars, and they usually recommend guests to park diagonally opposite. It was 6:00 in the morning when I checked out, before dawn, a girl was going to pick up the car from the parking lot diagonally opposite, and the hotel even sent a security guard to accompany me to see me get in the car to ensure my safety! He said that Toledo is a small Detroit, and the law and order in some places is not very good! So they are going to walk with me to get the car! Great hotel

Value: the hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are a little outdated. Not sure they looked like they should for one of the most expensive rooms in the area.
Room: Double queen suite. Small bathroom. Large square footage but weird layout. No microwave. Comfortable sleep though. Even the pullout in living room was good.
Staff: the best part. very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was smiling. Fast valet service
Other: area felt kind of isolated (no convenient stores or stuff to do nearby. Nice rooftop area with view and bar.
Overall, not sure it’d be my first choice when we come back to Toledo, but it wasn’t a bad experience.

I wish there was onsite parking.
The front desk staff was very nice and I appreciated his help.
There is no drugstore close by, so a few additional items in the self-serve market would be great. There is no walkable place to go, and we had to instacart some contact solution.

Location is good for events at the Glass Center or the Huntington Center. The room was nice and clean, beds good, no problems. The restaurant at the 12th floor was busy that Saturday evening so we ordered food from it as room service. It arrived in about 30 min as promised, but the quality was bad. The "Rib Bits" appetizer was utterly disgusting, I'm not even sure what those clumps of sauce covered blobs in the box were. It came with cold fries. Not a good experience. The staff though were overall really nice.

The food was horrible !!! Service was not good at all. The staff seem like they just don’t care. I didn’t sleep well due to next door guest that were loud all night.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was great and gave us more towels when needed, front desk brought a a b fan that we requested. Only downfall was no pool, but we made the best of it with our kids.

I have to say I am very disappointed. I chose to pay a little more and stay at a hotel that I thought would offer much for convenience for me and my two daughters. Unfortunately that was not the case. This is a valet only hotel and getting in and out is terrible. It caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. I had to make sure to leave 30 min before to get to my car and getting in after a long couple days of dance was so frustrating. Upon my departure, I had to go get my own vehicle and pack my car just to make it to my location on time. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a towel to shower. Luggage carts aren’t readily available. My shower floor was so slippery. I was worried when my kids were showering that they would slip and fall. That’s just to name a few things. On the plus side, it’s located in a great spot, everyone was so friendly especially the valet guys, and the beds were comfy. I probably wouldn’t ever stay here again. 2/5 for sure
