Hotel Spa Transhumance & Cie

This is a beautiful small hotel in a lovely village, close to the mountains and accessible by public transport. We did not want to leave and will definitely go back. We had the half board option, great food & a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.

I travelled the world and I have seen many hotels, hostels and b&b, but this is the first time I experianced outragious behavior twice in at the same place. - In this hotel they refused categorically to clean my room! Actually there are lots of flies around there because of all the animals around, and so there were also lots of flies in my room, already when I arrived the floor was covered with them, and also the shower. In the morning I asked nothing more than to sweep all this flies on the floor, I stepped all the time on them, but they refused categorically with the argument, that they never clean the rooms when the clients are present. So I asked for a broom to do do it myself, but this was also impossible with the argument, that I had spoken disrespectfully...So, as a conclusion: when you go there bring spray to kill insecs and your proper cleaning-kit, when you want a clean room.

Delicious supper and warm, welcoming service in a lovely atmosphere. The chef even taught us how to use Google translate on our phone so that we could understand the menu. We are very grateful to have found your restaurant. Hugh and Lynn, USA
