The front desk upgraded the parent-child room for free, and the children liked it very much. The room was tidy and clean, and the hotel service was thoughtful. I was very satisfied!

I brought my children to Wester two years ago and felt very good. This time, the front desk lady Smith saw that we were bringing children and took the initiative to upgrade the unicorn 🦄 parent-child room. My children like it very much. We also brought three dogs with us. The hotel can also help to take care of them and put them in the monitoring room. There are people watching them 24 hours a day. Everyone is very enthusiastic, unlike some hotels that leave the dogs there and don’t care. The meals are cheap and taste good. If we didn’t book in advance and the room was full, we would have planned to stay for two more days! The children had a lot of fun in the hot springs. Although there were very few people taking a hot spring bath that day, all the hot springs that should be open were open, and the service was also in place!

The hot spring pools are a bit dirty. Children over 1.2 years old will be charged an extra 20 each time! The breakfast is average, not rich, and children over 1.2 years old will be charged an extra 39. Haha. The famous Sanhua evaporated milk!

The hot spring is just average. There is enough sleep for 2 adults and 2 children in the parent-child room. The room facilities are a bit old. There are 2 plant greenhouses in the east and west halls, which can be visited for free when staying in the hotel.

I booked a deluxe king-size bed room, which was a few dollars more expensive than a normal deluxe king-size bed room. But when I got there, I was told that there was a corridor and a hallway outside the window!!! It wasn't even written in the title, you have to click in to see it! Isn't this a scam? How can people sleep peacefully? Then I asked the front desk, and there was a waiter wearing glasses at the front desk with a very bad attitude. He said that if I don't want to stay, I can get a refund. How is this inconsistent with the actual situation? I drove for so long, and now you want me to go back? Or you refund me double the amount. I'm really speechless. I didn't have a good impression the first time I came! It's Chinese New Year, and the price of this package is only 199 normally, but I booked 649 and still encountered such service! ! ! !
