應是新北川最好的酒店，就在北川公園旁邊，到巴拿恰步行可達。停車場大，車位寬敞。早餐種類不是特別多，米粉味道不錯。

酒店位置好，對面就是北川公園，離拿巴恰景區很近，步行可到安昌河邊。房間乾淨整潔，設施一般。早餐的綿陽米線味道不錯，值得嘗一下。

酒店雖然有十多年了，但整個衞生打理得不錯，大堂也很氣派，環境安靜，室內電視雖然有些年代，但開機還是很方便，這點值得肯定，因為好多酒店的電視開機很麻煩。房間還是比較大，水量也還可以。出大廳左邊直走五百米左右有個耍都，那裡有好多吃的。出大廳向右直走兩百米左右就是巴拿恰羌族特色小吃一條街。值得推薦。

新北川市容整潔、規劃超前，和震前的老北川比更現代化。新北川賓館性價比很高，超預期。距離廣場和巴拿洽很近，交通便利。停車方便。賓館服務一般，有待進一步提升。
