The front desk girls are the kindest & most helpful people I have ever met in all my 30 years of travel worldwide. They have me to contact the bus company to claim refund for me as the bus trip from Beihai to Haikou is canceled because of Taiphon Yogi. Then they called Agoda to cancel & claim refund for my hotel stay in Sanya.

鎖是壞的，充電有異響，都和工作人員反映了，店裡所有工作人員都非常熱情，這一點特別好

房間還算可以吧，酒店衹有3層，門前有停車場，餐廳人多時要等位。酒店周邊挺破白的，但走幾百米就到金灘了，門口有共享電單車，出行還算便利。就是去銀灘就遠了，騎電瓶車去騎的屁股疼。
酒店早餐還可以，前台人員很熱情，服務意識蠻好的，煮的薑茶、果茶很受歡迎我，對於冬天吹大風這太暖心了。下次來還考慮入駐。
